We answer within one working day in China, in the language you wrote in.
The first answer says whether we can do it, what is missing to quote it and what the next step is.
Nothing you write here is shared with a factory before you say so.

How long does a first answer take?
We reply within one working day in China. A quotation with factory prices takes longer, because it depends on the factories answering the written enquiry.
Do you work with small quantities?
It depends on the category and on the factory. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will say plainly whether it can be produced at that volume or what the nearest workable step is.
Can you quote against a competitor’s product?
We can quote an equivalent product from the specification. We do not copy a protected design or a registered brand, and we say so before quoting when that is the case.
Do you send samples before the order?
Yes. Sample and courier costs are quoted separately and are usually credited against the order when it goes ahead.
What information do you keep from this form?
Only what you type into it, and only to answer the enquiry and prepare the quotation. The site has no third party analytics and no advertising pixels.
