Supplier search, negotiation and follow-up in Asia
We work on the ground where the goods are made. The buyer gets the factory price, the specification in writing and someone standing in front of the line while it runs.
Sourcing services

Supplier search
We shortlist factories that already make the item, not traders who will pass the enquiry on. The shortlist comes with what each one is good at and where each one is weak.
- Shortlist
- Factory visit
- Reference check

Evaluation and negotiation
Price is negotiated against a written specification, so the comparison between factories is like for like. What is included and what is not is agreed before the order, not after the first shipment.
- Written specification
- Price ladder
- Payment terms

Product customisation
Colour, size, material, accessories in the box and the printed panel. Small changes to a standard reference are often what separates the buyer from every other importer selling the same item.
- Colour
- Material
- Accessories

Inspection and quality control
Sampling against the checklist agreed before production, with the report and the photographs sent before loading. A reject is a measured deviation, written next to the value that was agreed.
- Checklist
- Sampling
- Photo report

Production follow-up
Weekly status against the calendar, with the delay flagged when it appears and not when the goods were supposed to sail. A schedule is only useful while there is still time to react.
- Weekly status
- Calendar
- Early warning

Dispatch coordination
Consolidation, booking with the carrier the buyer prefers and the document set that customs at destination will ask for. The paperwork is checked before it travels, not on arrival.
- Consolidation
- Booking
- Document set
What is included in the fee
Agreed in writing before the order starts, so there is no discussion once production is running.
Supplier search and shortlist
Including the factories we visit and discard, with the reason written down.
Specification and negotiation
The written spec the factory quotes against, and the price ladder by volume.
Inspection before loading
Sampling, the photo report and the reject list before the container is sealed.
Dispatch documents
Packing list, invoice and the certificates the destination requires for the category.
